Proscendia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Loomshot mobile application (“App”) and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email). If you use “Hide My Email,” we receive only the relay address.
  • Profile Information: Display name, brand name, bio, avatar, cover photo, and social media links.
  • User Content: Images, videos, text prompts, project data, and styles you create or upload.
  • Communications: Messages you send to us via email or in-app support.
  • Payment Information: Processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store your payment card details. We receive subscription status from Apple via RevenueCat.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, OS version, unique identifiers, and app version.
  • Usage Data: Features used, session duration, and interaction patterns (via Firebase Analytics).
  • Crash Data: Crash logs and diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens for notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

  • Sign in with Apple: Name and email (or relay email).
  • Google Sign-In: Name, email, and profile photo URL.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service — create and manage your account, process content, deliver AI outputs.
  • Process transactions — manage subscriptions, verify entitlements.
  • Improve and personalize — analyze usage to improve features and fix bugs.
  • Communicate — send service notifications, respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure safety — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and Terms violations.
  • Legal compliance — respond to legal requests and enforce agreements.

3. AI Data Processing

3.1 AI Service Providers

  • Google Gemini / Vertex AI: Used for image generation, AI companion conversations, and content analysis. Google’s data handling is governed by the Google Cloud DPA.
  • Additional Providers: We may use other providers (such as Fal.ai) for specific features. We will update this policy and notify you before your data is processed by new providers.

3.2 What Data Is Sent

  • Text prompts for image or video generation.
  • Images uploaded for AI editing, enhancement, or style transfer.
  • Voice input during AI companion conversations (processed in real-time, not stored).

3.3 Your Consent and Control

  • We obtain your explicit consent before sending personal data to any third-party AI provider.
  • You may view active AI providers and manage consent within the App’s settings.
  • You may use non-AI features without consenting to AI data processing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

  • Service Providers: Firebase (auth, analytics, crash reporting, storage, notifications), RevenueCat (billing), Resend (email), and AI providers (Section 3).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • Safety: To investigate potential violations, illegal activities, or threats to safety.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active.
  • User Content: Retained until you delete it or your account.
  • Analytics data: Up to 14 months in aggregated form.
  • Crash data: Up to 90 days.
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption at rest via Google Cloud, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method is 100% secure, but we implement industry-standard protections.

7. Your Rights

  • Access & Portability: Access your data via profile settings or email us at naresh@proscendia.com.
  • Correction: Update profile information at any time in the App.
  • Deletion: Delete your account in the App’s profile settings. Data removed within 30 days.
  • Consent Withdrawal: Revoke AI data processing consent in App settings.
  • Notifications: Opt out of push notifications via device settings.

8. Tracking and Advertising

Loomshot does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use IDFA, participate in ad networks, or display third-party advertisements.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at naresh@proscendia.com.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents may request information about collected data, request deletion, and exercise their rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information. Contact naresh@proscendia.com.

12. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

EEA/UK residents have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing. Our legal bases include consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. Contact naresh@proscendia.com.

13. Changes

Material changes will be communicated through the App or email at least 30 days before taking effect.
