Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Loomshot → Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can also tap “Manage subscriptions” in the Loomshot app.

Open Loomshot and go to the subscription screen. Tap “Restore purchases” at the bottom. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Pro ($9.99/mo or $107.99/yr): 100 AI images/day, 10 videos/day, 500 AI companion messages.
Pro Max ($29.99/mo or $324.99/yr): 300 AI images/day, 30 videos/day, 1,500 AI companion messages, plus priority processing.

All plans include a 1-week free trial. You won’t be charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Loomshot purchase you’d like refunded.

Open Loomshot → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — please cancel it separately through the App Store first.

Loomshot uses Google Gemini and Vertex AI for image generation, video creation, and AI companion conversations. Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to these providers for processing. We obtain your explicit consent before sending any data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
